What are the general sitting out rules?

Players are expected to take their seat and actively participate in the game they join.

You can only sit down without playing twice per table within a six-hour period.

 

Sitting without playing

Can I sit at a table without playing?

In some cases, this is allowed at tables with more than two seats.

  • You may sit without playing to help start a new table.
  • This is common when avoiding heads-up play at a new table.


Can I skip hands to wait for certain opponents?

No. You must not skip hands to wait for specific opponents.

This applies especially when the game is active.

 

Rules for mixed games

What are the rules for mixed games?

If you're playing at a mixed game table, you’re expected to participate in all game types.

  • Play all games in the rotation
  • Do not avoid specific games
  • You may take breaks during less preferred games
  • You may join when your preferred game is active

Intentionally avoiding specific games is not allowed.

 

What happens if I don’t follow the rules?

Players are expected to take actions regularly when seated.

Breaking these rules may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.
