      3.6.1 All eligible tables will play a single hand of all-in poker dealt out in the specific format of the tournament (Texas, Omaha, Stud, etc.) with cards being dealt to every seat that has a chip stack.

      3.6.2 The player that wins that hand from each table (ties will be re-dealt between the winning players until a single winner is realized) will be the Phase I winner and advance to the Phase II drawing.

      3.9 Via a Qualifier Last Longer Promotion

      3.9.1 At select Events, a Pass will be awarded to the winner of a last longer competition (i.e. the last individual to bust out from all eligible players taking part at a PokerStars Live tournament). Only the following will qualify you as eligible to participate in a Last Longer Promotion:

      (a) you must be a ‘Qualifier’ (as defined in 3.9.2 below); and

      (b) only your first entry will be included (no rebuys or re-entries will qualify)

      3.9.2 You will be only considered a Qualifier if;

      i) You won your PokerStars Live event seat online in a PokerStars satellite;

      ii) You won your PokerStars Live event seat in a live satellite during the same tour stop; or

      iii) You used a Player’s Choice ticket to enter the PokerStars Live event; or

      iiii) You used a live event credit to enter the PokerStars Live event.

      3.9.3 The winner of the Last Longer Promotion must finish said event in the money (ITM) to win the Pass. If no qualifier finishes ITM, the Promotion is voided.

      3.9.4 For live Qualifiers, if you have already paid for a seat you should get this seat refunded so you are listed as a Qualifier. If the last longer winner is also the winner of an event already awarding a Pass to first place, then the Pass will be awarded to the next eligible player who lasted longest in the qualifying tournament.

        4. Restrictions

        4.1   Multiple Packages are not permitted as part of this Promotion. An individual shall not be entitled to receive more than one Package under any circumstances and the following rules shall apply:

        4.1.1. If a player who has already won a Package wins a tournament that is awarding a Package to first place, that Package will then be given to 2nd place, and so on until a player is found who does not already have a Package.

        4.1.2 All reasonable means will be employed to see that no one is given the opportunity through drawings to win a second prize.

        4.1.3 If a player is accidentally awarded a second Package in any way, that Package will be forfeited immediately upon discovery and the player will not receive any compensation for the second Package.

        4.2 All employees of The Stars Group and their immediate family members are ineligible to take part in this promotion.

        4.3 Barred / Disqualified players: Any player that is barred from participating in PSLive sponsored events on January 5, 2019 will forfeit their Package and will not receive any compensation for the Package.

          5. Promotion Requirements

          5.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the Pass together with its accompanying Package is non-refundable and non-transferable in any way. In the event a Pass winner does not confirm attendance by the specific date prescribed above or is unable to attend the Championship tournament for any reason, they will forfeit the entire value of the Package and will receive no remuneration whatsoever. 5.4 Hotel accommodations awarded as part of the Package are non-transferable and not subject to amendments in either check in or check out date unless the recipient of the Package purchases additional nights at their expense.

          5.5 A tournament, as described in the Terms & Conditions, is understood to include all tournaments, including but not limited to qualifiers, satellites, survivors.  What qualifies as a tournament is determined by PSLive at our sole discretion.

          5.6 Winners are responsible for payment of any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees associated with Package prizes.
